All payments made for credits, upgrades and all other purchases made on 500 Best Hits are absolutely final and non refundable.
If you have a problem with regards to any aspect of your purchase contact admin and they will be able to provide you with an answer and resolution normally within 48 hours.
Refund requests will absolutely NOT be honored under any circumstances
Any payment Chargebacks and or payment disputes will result in the immediate suspension of your account and will likely result in your details being submitted for central banning across the LFM network
Commissions are paid purely on a single level, you will receive said commission payments based on sales made only by those individuals whom you directly refer to 500 Best Hits.
Any credits earned from surfing by those on up to 2 levels of surfing hold no monetary value and are purely a free benefit provided as part of your membership
Breaches of Our Terms
Any individual that chooses to breach our terms in any way and/or whom is reported for doing so shall have their account suspended pending a full investigation. In the case where it is found that said member has breached the terms of 500 Best Hits, their account shall be deleted and they will be permanently banned from using this site and any of the connected services which it may provide, including but not limited to other sites within our network.
Mailing Rules
When joining 500 Best Hits you agree to receive regular emails from the admin of 500 Best Hits.
It is absolutely prohibited to extract any individuals email addresses from any mails you receive for use on your own lists unless you have the express permission from the owner to do so.
Use of autoresponders is absolutely prohibited and will result in your account being suspended without question
Gaining Signups
When building your downline you must use only organic means to do so, this means that you MUST NOT offer any kind of financial incentive to members in order for them to signup.
It is permissible that if you wish to transfer credits to those that join in your downline that you may do so, though under NO circumstances will we permit the use of any kind of Paid To Signup campaigns
These create an unfair advantage in any referral contests we may have and also lower the quality of our membership so serve no advantage at all.
Any member found to be using Paid To Signup or offering it to their members will have their accounts suspended immediately and without question!
Cheating
The purpose of the service that we provide is such that you are expected to VIEW the websites which you visit.
It is absolutely FORBIDDEN to create multiple accounts
We categorically WILL NOT RESPOND to any support tickets raised by KNOWN CHEATERS!
Anyone found to be using any form of automation or bot software to farm credits shall be suspended, banned, permanently deleted and submitted for central ban across the LFM network
It is absolutely NOT authorised for more than one individual to surf on a single account for purpose of farming credits, cheating prize awards etc, any members found to be doing this will be suspended without question
The admin's decision is final, any attempts at cheating will be treated as theft and may in some circumstances result in legal action!
